In 2011, I was a single agent selling homes in the middle of the Great Recession. I was successful but not systematized. I never knew where my next deal was coming from. Can you relate?
That year, I met super-broker Chris Watters . . . and the rest is history. A few thousand transactions and $40M+ in revenue later, we're business partners helping hundreds of agents scale in the U.S. & Canada.

I chased. I begged. I did everything except stand outside the agents’ bedrooms with a boombox. None of it worked very well.
Through years of trial and error, I taught myself to prospect and handle objections and to write killer ad copy. I figured out how to vet agents for fit with our model and to hold a badass interview that makes agents ASK ME to sign up.
