Everyone else in our industry relies on:
- Phone prospecting (doesn’t require much cash but crazy labor intensive)
- Direct mail (requires a mountain of cash and takes way more time than you’d think)
- Networking events (ugh, I hate this one . . . wasted time at happy hours crawling with other tipsy recruiters. . . )
Those tactics occasionally work, and if it’s all you know how to do, it’s better than nothing.
But we’re about working smarter, not harder.
So what’s why we let our tested ads do the heavy lifting for us.
I’ve NEVER shared these ads before. Some of my market leaders will be furious when they find out I have included these ads, especially my go-to “I need to recruit five agents by MONDAY”, 911 ad that delivers instant results . . .
